In the first two ads shown on TV the director, Daniele Lucchetti, has managed to recreate the characteristically spontaneous and witty atmosphere of the Italian style comedy.
In the first spot, an image ad entitled "Don Luigi", the scene is the celebration of a wedding, to be followed by a big party. Friends and relatives are gathered round the table in the famous rural holiday centre, while the priest who has celebrated the wedding launches out on a long and tedious speech…meanwhile in the kitchen, the owners Zaccaria and Lina are preparing wonderful platters of Fiorucci cured meats. The guests, attracted by the irresistible appearance of these flavoursome cold cuts, one by one make their way to the kitchen to taste the products, until… "gusto nostrano, ti prende la mano" ("home flavours you can't resist") ….and even the bridal couple join in with their guests!
The second film, entitled "the delivery" is a 20-second ad dedicated to Suprema mortadella. Two lads who are making the delivery of the products to the rural holiday centre decide to stop on the way to make a highly personalised and original "quality control" on the goods they are transporting, thus delaying the delivery to Zaccaria and Lina.
A third 15' ad entitled "Boy Scout" is dedicated to Fiordicotto, one of the key brands of the Fiorucci range, designed to attract a younger target to this exquisite product.
