The Selection Process
Fiorucci looks for outstanding people, recently graduated from university or managers with professional work experience, highly motivated and career driven, who are looking to work for a company where they can express themselves and realise their full potential.
Fiorucci places high importance on providing superior quality products and therefore selects professionals with the same superior standards.
The selection process is diverse and specific depending on the position.
For graduates: Assessment Centre – group and individual activities designed to display competences in the required areas – followed by an interview with the line manager.
For Senior Executives: Initial interview with Human Resources followed by a second interview with the line manager.
