Brunch and Aperitifs
For 2 people2 slices of cereal bread
3 thin slices of cow caciotta (white cheese)
1 slice of roasted ham Rostello
Extra virgin olive oil
Thyme, kitchen sage and marjoram
Put the slices of caciotta and roasted ham on one slice of bread, add a sprinkle of olive oil and the herbs. Cover with the other slice of bread and toast in a non-stick pan or on a grill pan. Once the caciotta cheese has slightly melted, cut the toast diagonally in half to obtain two mini triangle toasts.
