Sandwiches and Focacce
For 1 person1 bread roll
2 slices of Spianata Romana Fiorucci
50 gr of ricotta (cow’s milk fresh cheese)
Some strips of roasted bell pepper
Cut the bread roll in half and heat it in a grill pan or on the toaster. Once hot, spread ricotta cheese on both sides. Add strips of roasted bell pepper and the slices of SPIANATA ROMANA.
