Brunch and Aperitifs
For 1 person1 small soft bread roll
1 thick slice of Mortadella Suprema cut in the shape of a small circle
1 slice of grilled courgette
1 teaspoon of mustard
Extra virgin olive oil, salt
Grill the slice of MORTADELLA SUPREMA for a couple of minutes from each side. Cut bread roll in half, spread one half with mustard. Sprinkle the slice of grilled courgette with olive oil and salt, then fill the bread roll with the slices of grilled SUPREMA and courgette.
