Trofie di montagna
Ingredients

For 4 people

500 gr of fresh pasta in “Trofie” form
200 gr broccoli or turnip greens
1 slice of San Daniele ham 0,5 cm thick
200 gr of cooked and drained chick peas
2 cloves of garlic
1 twig of rosemary
Grated Pecorino cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Chili


Directions
Prepare and clean the broccoli accurately, then cut in pieces. Bring a fair amount of saltwater to boil and cook the broccoli together with the fresh pasta. In the meantime heat 4 table spoons of olive oil in a big saucepan, stirring in garlic and chilies. Add chick peas and rosemary and keep it all on medium heat for some minutes. Sprinkle with salt. Cut the San Daniele ham in strips. Once the pasta is cooked, strain it together with the broccoli and put it into the pan with the oil, chickpeas and rosemary. Stir fry and mix carefully, add ham strips and sprinkle with pecorino cheese.
